Discipleship Pastor

We are prayerfully seeking a full-time Discipleship Pastor to join our team. The Discipleship Pastor will implement strategies to facilitate spiritual growth and maturity through assimilation, discipleship, outreach, and missions. 

This position will be a member of the pastoral team, working closely with staff to help fulfill the church’s vision and mission. The ideal candidate will be a servant-leader with strong biblical knowledge, preaching and teaching ability, and a passion for equipping others to follow Jesus and make disciples. 
Requirements for this position include a seminary degree, prior ministry experience, and be an ordained minister.
