My sister in law and her husband are in their third trimester with a sweet baby boy. They received news that the baby may have dandy-walker syndrome, a rare genetic condition where part of or all of the baby’s cerebellum is missing. He will possibly need surgery after birth to remove fluid on his brain or this condition could be fatal. They have a fetal brain MRI soon to determine if this is the definite diagnosis and how severe it may be. Please pray to bring peace over the family and healing over this sweet baby boy, and pray for their hearts to be ready to receive and care for this baby in the best way they can. (2/21)
